1.Adopts Mitsubishi Servo or Xinje (6 servo motors of the whole machine can be configured as required) and ball screw drive for wire feeding, stripping, twisting, crimping, etc. The positions are very precise, and the movements are connected smoothly, with a speed of up to 2000~3000 pcs/hour;
2.Mechanical control is simple and convenient, all operated by touch screen. Data adjustment can change stripping and cutting length, cutting depth, crimping position, twisting position, etc., saving time for machine adjustment personnel;
3.The machine’s automatic detection function can also effectively control the occurrence of defective products, enabling immediate detection and handling; it is a safe, efficient and precise processing machine. (Customization is available as required)
