1.Wide compatibility for various adhesive tapes
Designed for taping toroidal coils, it works with inductance coils, stator wire packs and other electronic coils. Compatible with masking tape, Mylar tape, barrier tape, high-temperature tape and more.
2.High processing efficiency with freely adjustable process parameters
The taping cycle for one workpiece only takes 1.5–5 seconds. All parameters including taping turns, rotating speed, tape length and tape feeding speed can be set independently on the touchscreen.
3.Multiple smart sensors with collision prevention & tape-out alert
Equipped with a photoelectric sensor to trigger an alarm when tape runs out. A fiber sensor stops tape feeding if the finished part is not removed, effectively avoiding mechanical collision damage.
4.PLC touch intelligent control, easy to operate
Adopts PLC with HMI touchscreen, including main production page, manual debugging page and parameter setting page. One-click switch between auto/manual modes. Intuitive functions for yield counting & reset, pause and reset, friendly for new operators.
5.Modular mechanical structure, time-saving tape replacement & maintenance
Tape replacement takes only 10 seconds. The tape guide mechanism adjusts via limit screws to prevent tape deviation. Standard split components for cutting blade box and taping gear enable easy disassembly, replacement and maintenance.
